Welcome to Clarity Healing Space
I’m Clare, a practitioner working with therapeutic bodywork, Reiki, sound therapy, and holistic guidance. My work is informed by tertiary education in Health Science and Naturopathy, alongside trainings and qualifications in several body therapies, sound therapy, and Reiki. I offer a grounded and attentive space that supports trust, safety, and the body’s capacity to open at its own pace.
About
We move through cycles; through the ebbs and flows of life, the shifting states of our bodies, and the subtle forces that shape how we feel. Some of these shifts move through us easily. Others leave imprints in our muscles, our breath, and our nervous system.
This work begins with listening.
Listening to the body. Listening to what is present, or beginning to emerge. Listening to the cycles we are moving through, and the environment around us.
In this listening, there is often a moment where the system softens, where something can let go, settle, or come into focus.
Clarity Healing Space was created to offer skilled, attentive presence through therapeutic bodywork, sound therapy, and somatic awareness. The intention is not to fix or force change, but to support regulation, integration, and clarity as they unfold in their own time.

Restorative hands-on treatment integrating deep tissue, Thai techniques, and myofascial release to ease physical tension, support posture and mobility, and encourage nervous system regulation. Deep, intentional touch to restore balance and ease.

Subtle, minimally invasive energetic work using Reiki or Sound Therapy to support emotional integration, nervous system regulation, and inner coherence.

Integrative and holistic sessions weaving Bodywork, Reiki, and Sound Therapy to meet the body across physical, nervous system, and energetic layers.

These sessions offer guidance, clarity, and tools to navigate transitions, remove internal blockages, and step into a more aligned version of yourself.
