Participants will learn practical techniques to relieve tension, improve circulation, and increase energy flow, as well as understand the mind-body connection through touch. This workshop is designed for anyone looking to enhance their self-care practices and connect more deeply with their body. Key Elements of the Workshop:
Introduction to the Healing Power of Touch: Participants will learn how touch plays a vital role in emotional and physical healing, enhancing circulation, relaxation, and energy balance.
Demonstration of Self-Massage Techniques: The session will provide participants with a variety of self-massage techniques focusing on areas such as the neck, shoulders, hands, and lower back, with a focus on proper techniques for effective release.
Partner Work – Give/Receive Practice (30 mins): Participants will practise the art of touch by giving and receiving massage techniques in pairs, focusing on building sensitivity and connection through the power of touch.
Mind-Body Connection & Emotional Benefits of Touch: The workshop will highlight how touch can affect our emotional state, helping to release stored tension and encourage emotional healing.
